This is a cohort-based coached experience with two intensive live workshop days and three months of follow-through to help you scope, build, and continue a practical Shiny application around a real project.

What actually happens over 3 months?
This is not a generic Shiny class. It is a coached Academy experience designed to help environmental professionals scope and materially advance a real decision-support, analytical, or reporting app.
Before the workshop, we review fit, qualify your project, help cut it to a realistic first version, and reduce setup friction so you arrive ready to build.
During the two intensive live workshop days, you work on your own application while we guide the key decisions around structure, reactivity, inputs, outputs, and app scope.
Afterward, you continue implementing through six biweekly check-ins, one individual project review meeting, and bounded async review over three months.
