What actually happens over 3 months?

This is not a generic package class. It is a coached Academy experience designed to help environmental professionals structure and materially advance a real reusable package around their own work.

Before

Before the workshop, we review fit, qualify your project, help cut it to a realistic first package, and reduce setup friction so you arrive ready to build.

During

During the two live workshop sessions, you work on your own package while we guide the key decisions around structure, dependencies, documentation, testing, and package scope.

After

Afterward, you continue implementing through six biweekly check-ins, one individual package review meeting, and bounded async review over three months.

How much is it?

$3,750 per participant

This allows us to:

  • keep the cohort small enough for project-specific coaching
  • include qualification and package-scope review before the workshop
  • provide follow-through strong enough to support real implementation
