What actually happens over 3 months?
This is not a generic Quarto class. It is a coached Academy experience designed to help environmental professionals structure and materially advance a real recurring reporting workflow using R and Quarto as the current implementation stack.
Before the workshop, we review fit, qualify your workflow, help cut it to a realistic first automation target, and reduce setup friction so you arrive ready to build.
During the two live workshop sessions, you work on your own reporting workflow while we guide the key decisions around structure, parameterization, render logic, and workflow scope.
Afterward, you continue implementing through six biweekly check-ins, one individual workflow review meeting, and bounded async review over three months.
