What actually happens over 3 months?
This is not a prompt-engineering class. It is a coached Academy experience that helps participants apply AI to real work such as literature triage, report drafting, coding support, QA, and internal documentation through preparation, live workflow design, and structured follow-through.
Before the workshop, you complete an intake and use-case scoping step, clarify tool and data boundaries, and prepare a real, sanitized, or approved fallback workflow.
During the two half-day live sessions, you map AI opportunities, triage use cases, design controlled workflow steps, and practice documentation and validation patterns.
Afterward, you continue implementation through biweekly cohort check-ins, one individual workflow meeting, and bounded async artifact reviews.
