Yes, whenever possible. Academy is strongest when participants bring a real workflow, deliverable, or project context into the cohort.
Every Academy cohort includes a fixed three-month coached implementation period with check-ins every two weeks throughout that period.
We reach out to schedule a call after each request. Fit is assessed during that conversation so we can discuss the right workshop, cohort, or team format.
Cohorts are easier to package publicly. Team delivery depends more heavily on participant count, scope, and how much adaptation is needed, so a custom quote is more accurate.
